Beautiful natural art from Oak class! Who needs expensive paints and felt-tips? This can be done using kitchen roll/old ... vests and petals from dead flowers.

Today it was Oak class who were out at Forest School. It was their turn to use hammers, but only after a ‘tool talk’... from Mr Blake. It was like a scene from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at 10am this morning. Great results doing what is called ‘Hapa-Zome art’.

Acorn class made beautiful art using ferns and petals at their Forest School session this morning. For some of them, it ... was the first time they had used a hammer of any sort. The results were great!

This half-term ks2 have been voting for their favourite author. The winner was... Steven Butler @sbutlerbooks who wrote ... the 'Nothing to See Here Hotel' series. This series is definitely one of our favourites in school at the moment. #readingrocks 📚
